Hotel Asset Advisors has advised on 15 hotels totalling more than 2,000 rooms, with a combined asset value of over €1 billion. We work on a small number of mandates at a time, each led personally by a partner, from offices in Barcelona, Lugano, Hamburg and London.
That shapes how we hire. Teams are small, the work is analytical, and you sit across the table from operators rather than working for one. There is usually more responsibility here, earlier, than at a larger firm.
ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Barcelona, Spain
You will build and stress-test hotel cash-flow models, benchmark performance against budget and competitive set, review operator reporting, and prepare the quarterly material owners use to make decisions. Expect direct exposure to owners, and to partner-level work, from the start. We look for strong financial modelling, fluent English plus Spanish or German, and the judgement to tell a real variance from noise. Hotel experience helps; it is not a requirement.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Barcelona, Spain
You will keep the partners' week working: diaries across our four offices, owner and lender correspondence, travel, and production of the quarterly packs owners use to make decisions. You will have sight of every mandate we run. We look for someone highly organised and discreet, fluent in Spanish and English — German welcome — confident in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable in a small firm where the role will broaden quickly. Experience in professional services, real estate or hospitality helps.
